Gluten Free bbq Sauce

There are a lot of different GLUTEN FREE BBQ SAUCES on the market today, vinegar based, tomato or even mustard are some of the most popular based BBQ SAUCES today. How ever this is about Gluten Free BBQ Sauce and I have found what I think is the best gluten free bbq sauce that I have tasted. Big E's BBQ Sauce . I have found that a lot of bbq sauces on the market today have Gluten in them. Gluten is used as a thickening agent in most sauces so I had to search out GLUTEN FREE BBQ SAUCES so that my dad will be able to enjoy my bbq wings and ribs, the best in the world I think :)and I did find a few gluten free bbq sauces from my local health food store, how ever they just did not pass my taste test. I must tell you that I do make my own bbq sauce and I do use ketchup and other ingredients that do use gluten as part of their product list. Big E's BBQ Sauce is different, it has a very unigue flavor he uses brown sugar, mustard, vinegar with a great mixture of spices that all work very well.
